Summary
Aligned to Production and responsible for driving defect elimination to maximize availability and cost efficiency of physical assets within assigned area. Receives both technical and point of work mentoring, coaching, and oversight from their Reliability Technical Leader to manage maintenance and reliability performance.
Essential Functions
- Ensures availability of physical assets. Drives recovery from upsets.
- Monitors, reports, and responds to defined reliability KPIs.
- Verifies the effectiveness of preventative maintenance. Reviews technical findings and adjusts long-term plans accordingly.
- Leads Level 0-1 root cause investigations.
- Participates in project and Management of Change reliability reviews.
- Supports the definition and implementation of maintain and reliability improvement projects within defined workflows.
- Member of the Emergency Management Team as assigned.
- Commodity program leader as assigned.

Minimum Required Education/Certification
- Bachelors of Science in Engineering
- Preference: Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Competencies
The range for this position is $86,800 - $119,350, assuming full-time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, variable bonus, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
